Ontario Corporation and Canada Green ESCO Inc. have signed a Letter of Intent for 6.7 Megawatts of residential rooftop solar projects (Geo Project – Phase 1) representing a business transaction value exceeding $33.4 million. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will structure a $33.4 million Limited Partnership utilizing the legal services of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, Toronto. Canada Green ESCO Inc will have the option to become the senior offtaker / owner for the projects. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will become the General Partner and will be responsible for quality assurance and procurement for the solar projects.
