Canada Green ESCO Inc. and partners have signed a purchase agreement regarding 30 MW of groundmount solar projects in Ontario.  The portfolio consists of 3 x 10MW OPA FIT approved projects with construction date scheduled for 2011.  Total project cost of all three projects is estimated at $120 million.  Due diligence is now being completed.

Canada Green ESCO Inc. has signed an agreement with the second-largest solar solution EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning) provider.  All clients of Canada Green ESCO Inc. can now access preferred pricing (volume discounted) on bankable solar equipment. Industry leading warranties, domestic content, and construction financing can be included in the offering.

Up to 15 year (fixed term) solar financing is now available for smaller individual OPA approved solar projects (“one-offs”).  Up to 90% of debt for qualified projects is available.  This offering is in addition to the 20 year fixed term available for large-scale solar portfolios.
