Canada Green ESCO Inc. facilitated a ‘sale and purchase offer’ for a 27MWp solar PV farm in Puerto Rico. Canada Green ESCO Inc. also assisted with procurement to minimize project risks.  Total construction costs are estimated to be $68,000,000 USD.  Construction start expected Q4 2013 with operation commencing Q3 2014.    

Canada Green ESCO Inc. facilitated a non recourse debt facility for $9,000,000 CAD for a 2.0MWp Ontario solar PV projects.  Total project cost are estimated at $11,500,000.  Eleven solar installations on Ontario rooftops will be built and generating Q1 2014.  Canada Green ESCO Inc. also assisted with procurement to minimize project risks.
