Canada Green ESCO Inc. signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with a Caribbean solar development company (Frankfurt exchange).   Canada Green ESCO will provide financing, development, EPC and risk mitigation solutions for 80MW of solar projects in Jamaica, Nicaragua and Barbados.
