Canada Green ESCO Inc. has facilitated a purchase LOI for 3 x 10MW OPA groundmounted solar projects in Ontario (early stage; OPA FIT contracts expected in 60 days). The REA process is partially completed.  Construction date scheduled for Q4 2012. Total project cost is estimated at $140,000,000.
