Canada Green ESCO Inc. has facilitated a purchase MOU for 41.5 MW of groundmounted solar PV projects in New Jersey. The portfolio consists of one 19.5MW and one 22MW solar project. Canada Green ESCO is currently assisting with EPC, SREC and PPA mandates. Construction date scheduled for April 2012. Total project cost is estimated at $158 million. Due diligence is now being completed.
