Canada Green ESCO Inc. has facilitated a purchase MOU for 32 MW of groundmounted solar PV projects in New Jersey. The portfolio consists of one 12MW and one 20MW solar project. Canada Green ESCO is currently assisting with EPC, SREC and PPA mandates. Construction date scheduled for September 2011. Total project cost is estimated at $122 million. Due diligence is now being completed.
