Canada Green ESCO Inc. has facilitated a purchase LOI for a 12 MW RESOP groundmounted solar project in Ontario. Canada Green ESCO is currently assisting with EPC and bankability mandates. Construction date scheduled for June 2011. Total project cost is estimated at $43 million.
