Canada Green ESCO Inc. has facilitated a purchase LOI for 1.1 MW of rooftop projects in Ontario. Canada Green ESCO is currently assisting with EPC, debt and bankability mandates. Construction date scheduled for July 2011. Total project cost is estimated at $8 million.
