Ontario Corporation and Canada Green ESCO Inc. have signed a Letter of Intent for 10 Megawatts of rooftop solar projects in various Ontario locations representing a business transaction value exceeding $60 million. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will structure a $60 million Limited Partnership utilizing the legal services of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, Toronto. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will become the General Partner and will be responsible for quality assurance and procurement for the solar projects.
