Ontario Corporation and Canada Green ESCO have signed a Letter of Intent for 21 Megawatts of rooftop solar projects in various Ontario locations representing a business transaction value exceeding $126 million. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will structure a $126 million Limited Partnership utilizing the legal services of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, Toronto. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will become the General Partner and will be responsible for quality assurance and procurement for the solar projects.
