An Ontario corporation and Canada Green ESCO Inc. have signed a Letter of Intent for 50 Megawatts of rooftop solar projects in South Ontario and Ottawa representing a business transaction value exceeding $300 million. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will structure a $300 million Limited Partnership utilizing the legal services of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, Toronto. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will become the General Partner and will be responsible for quality assurance and procurement for the solar projects. Total solar project LOI’s to date is 124.3 Megawatts (Approximately $745.4 million).
