Canada Green ESCO Inc. has signed an agreement with an Ontario real estate developer to manage and maximize energy modeling grants for BarrelYard office towers 1 and 2. Canada Green ESCO Inc. will be responsible for investment grade energy simulation models, recommending green energy solutions and providing unique financing options. Auburn Development plans to start their 12 building BarrelYard development in the summer of 2010.
