Canada Green ESCO Inc. (CGE ) has successfully arranged preliminary term sheet for $100 million financing of solar PV projects.  Under the terms of the Agreement, Canada Green ESCO Inc. will facilitate up to 100% financing totaling $100 million, through a combination of debt and equity.
